MatchBack Systems Names Nichols VP Commercial Development, North America


Unique Industry Solution To Solve Complexity of Street-Turns

Green Bay, WI – 14 April 2015 MatchBack Systems, Inc. (
announced today James (Jim) H. Nichols has been named VP Commercial Development,
NAM. Nichols oversees sales and marketing for MatchBack Systems, Inc. in North America. In his
role, Nichols defines and delivers the business plan with his principal goal, to develop and manage
relationships with shippers (importers / exporters), steamship lines, truckers, integrators and others in
the street-turn marketplace. He collaborates with the technical and operational teams of the Company
to deliver innovative SaaS solutions, which automate the previous manual process of street-turns.

Prior to joining MatchBack Systems, Nichols was Vice President, Business Development, Northeast
Region for Knight Intermodal. Jim has held executive and senior management roles at Knight, Matson
Integrated Logistics, Hanjin Logistics, and MOL (America) related to local / regional intermodal
drayage services, truckload, LTL, 3PL, dedicated, warehouse and transload.

A graduate of Loyola University of Chicago with a BS in psychology and business administration,
Nichols is affiliated with the Intermodal Association of Chicago, the Midwest Foreign Commerce Club
and the Transportation Club of Chicago. He is a former board member for Helping Hand Rehabilitation
Services (a non-profit health agency) and a former Trustee for the Village of Brookfield, IL.
