A seasoned financial professional with over 40 years of financial leadership, Pat has demonstrated skills across financial management disciplines. He has a team oriented, ‘company first’ attitude with an integrity-based approach to financial leadership.

Pat retired from Schneider in 2019 as the Senior Vice President – for both Investor Relations and Financial Planning & Analysis (PF&A). This role was established as a result of Schneider becoming a public company.

Pat provided the Board and Schneider Family the analysis which ultimately led to the decision for Schneider to go public. He led the development of the quarterly Earnings Release and management of the quarterly cycle at Schneider. He had regular interactions with the Board, large industrial investors, and sell side analysts. Prior to this role, Pat held several positions at Schneider National, including 10+ years as Corporate Controller and 'touched' almost all aspects of the Finance Organization. Prior to joining Schneider, Pat spent 5 years in public accounting at Deloitte.

Pat is a University of Wisconsin – Madison graduate and holds a degree in Accounting. He spends much of his free time volunteering with his church and is a Trustee on the Board of Crown College. Pat and his wife have 3 adult children, love traveling, and reside in Appleton, WI.
