Tammy Leurquin is a seasoned leader with experience in IT, process improvement and customer success. She has a passion for creating groundbreaking applications that simplify difficult problems through optimization and automation. Tammy is committed to delivering operational and cost efficiencies for customers to enhance their business performance. At MatchBack Systems, Tammy brings energy to the design and development of logistics software services, as well as customer support to ensure successful implementation. She developed award-winning street-turn software and has since created a unique solution, PivotTM, to optimize inland container operations applying AI and machine learning. In 2022, Tammy won the SDCE Women in Supply Chain award in recognition of her leadership and accomplishments.
Tammy’s critical eye for software development and process improvement underpins her broader experience in business management. Tammy has successfully led program and system development for companies such as Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, Schneider National and Rockwell Automation, which resulted in efficiencies and cost savings. With 20 years in transportation and logistics and over 25 years in IT, she is the backbone for MatchBack Systems technology roadmap, complemented by her track record of strategic and operational leadership.
Tammy holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, Milwaukee, WI, and has the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications.
Tammy lives in DePere, WI and enjoys traveling and spending time with her two children.
