API and Single Sign-on Make It Easier For Customers To Realize Matchbacks

MatchBack Systems, Inc., the leading software solution to optimize, automate and communicate matchbacks, now offers an
API (Application Program Interface), SSO (single-sign-on) and branding capabilities in its latest
release to give customers the ability to seamlessly connect to our system and customize to their
brand standards.

APIs are a great way to share data between systems. Tammy Leurquin, Sr. Vice President of IT
and Operations at MatchBack Systems said, “These new features mean our customers have more
options to connect and integrate our services with their processes. Our API is an easy and quick
way for our customers to have a window into our system while staying in their native environment.”

login system that bypasses more traditional sign-ons between applications, while still maintaining a
high level of security,” reported Leurquin. “Our SSO functionality lets customers gain access into
our system through a background authentication, which allows them to move from system to

time and provides information more rapidly to their planners.”

MatchBack Systems also added the capability for customers to brand their experience through
MatchBrand™. “Customers identify with logos and colors associated with a company’s brand,” said
Leurquin. “As we use processes like SSO to integrate systems, it’s important for customers to have
the same ‘look and feel’ in all the sub-systems. Our branding functionality allows our customers to
use, or have their customers’ use, all MatchWerks™ functionality with their unique identity or
brand. This saves development time and money when they offer their customers automated
matchbacks powered by MatchBack Systems. It also enhances our customers’ brands and avoids
customer confusion.”
